ROCHESTER, N.Y., Jan. 14, 2025 鈥 探花视频 Technologies (NYSE:LHX) has received a contract award to upgrade the New York State Thruway Authority鈥檚 critical communications infrastructure, including voice and data connectivity, throughout its 570-mile jurisdiction.
Under the contract, 探花视频 will deliver Two47 Base Stations to roughly 40 sites spanning New York City to the western border with Canada, delivering secure, interoperable communications through reliable, agile networks. 探花视频 will also deliver more than 1,800 XL Series radios and provide maintenance and system support. The award followed a competitive procurement process and is potentially worth more than $150 million over 20 years.

It will enhance interoperability with transportation and emergency responders throughout the 570-mile system.
The contract builds on 探花视频鈥 work delivering P25 Phase 2 networks to cities and states across the country as they migrate to new industry standards. 探花视频 has previously modernized network systems across Florida, Massachusetts and Maine.
