- Supplier Disposition Request (SDR)
This form should only be used by 探花视频 suppliers to document an advanced request to furnish parts or materials which contain discrepancies. []
- Supplier Request for Information (SFI)
This form should only be used by 探花视频 suppliers who have questions about products they're currently building for 探花视频. []
- Manufacturability Improvement Recommendation (MIR)
This form should only be used by 探花视频 suppliers recommending design changes which could result in reduced cost and/or lead times or improve the overall quality of the parts. []
- Corrective Action Request (CAR) Response
This form should only be used by 探花视频 suppliers who are providing a response to a 探花视频 request for corrective action. []
RMA/Failure Report
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number needs to accompany all material returned to 探花视频.
This form should be used to communicate to 探花视频' Failure Review Board, information regarding failed 探花视频 equipment, in the field or at customer acceptance testing. 探花视频 customers, Field Service Representatives, and 探花视频 Employees are the intended users of this form.
The Failure Report Number should be used as your RMA number.
